Corporate Housing Solutions has built much of its success through partnering with private property owners.  We want to build on this success and provide you with the information you need to become a preferred rental property for our clients.  To introduce us to your property, please visit our Property Description Form-Computer Input (Word doc) or Property Description Form – Print and Complete by Hand.  Complete one of these forms, and return it with pictures of your property to Properties@CHS-Denver.com.  Our renters are usually interested in seeing the exterior of your home or building, the kitchen, living and dining areas, the master bedroom, and any outstanding features or views.

There are several ways that we can help you find a renter.  As your Property Management Company, we offer an expansive program designed to get you a renter quickly and be cost-effective to you.  We begin the process by advertising your property throughout our varied networking sites and arrange all showings.  Once a tenant has confirmed their choice of your property, we send our quality assurance team to assess the condition of your home before move in and after each move out with digital documentation.  This allows us an automatic confirmation of property conditions.  We also run a background check (credit history and criminal history) on all tenants over the age of 18 that will be staying in the unit, write up all leasing documents and handle all resident issues throughout their stay.  We have found that Property Management is, by far, the most successful way to limit any vacancy time and get the best price for your unit.

If you are simply wanting help finding the perfect renter, then we have our non-exclusive arrangement.  We will place your property in our rental inventory and guide potential clients to it if it meets their housing needs.
